Luca Denti

I’m a PhD student in Computer Science at the department of Computer Science at the University of Milano-Bicocca (DISCo) since November 2016. My main interests involve combinatorial problems on strings, data structures, and graph theory. More broadly, I am also interested in programming languages.

My research activity focuses on biological problems that stem from the analysis of Next-Generation Sequencing data. In more detail, I tackled the problems of detecting Alternative Splicing events and variant genotyping.
